ABOUT HF SINCLAIR MIDSTREAM (HFSM)

HF Sinclair Midstream (HFSM) is a Delaware limited partnership, formed in 2004 by HollyFrontier, and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. HFSM provides petroleum product and crude oil transportation, terminalling, storage, and throughput services to the petroleum industry, including HollyFrontier Corporation subsidiaries.

This Partnership, through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, owns and/or operates petroleum product and crude gathering pipelines, tankage, and terminals in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Washington, as well as refinery processing units in Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.


TULSA RESPONSE ZONE

The Tulsa Response Zone extends across Payne, Creek, Lincoln, Tulsa, and Osage Counties, terminating in Tulsa, Oklahoma. HFSM operates a pair of pipelines, originating in Cushing, Oklahoma:

  • Osage Pipeline.

  • Cushing Connect Pipeline.

The Osage Pipeline connects a third-party tank farm in Cushing to the El Dorado Crude Tank Farm, located in El Dorado, Kansas. Portions of the Osage Pipeline within Oklahoma (MP 0.0 to MP 83.6) are included in the Tulsa Response Zone.

The Cushing Connect Pipeline is a crude pipeline, which originates in Cushing and terminates at the HF Sinclair Chemical Refinery in Tulsa. The 16-inch pipeline consists of six (6) main line valves (MLVs), one (1) pump station located in Cushing, and three (3) custody transfer meters in Tulsa. The total length of the pipeline measures 44.49 miles.
